Taste the bounty of drift ice with a nutritious seafood hotpot. The Okhotsk people (Moyoro people), a mysterious northern people who suddenly disappeared while building a rich Okhotsk culture. Their ruins tell us that Okhotsk is a treasure trove of food. For them, who headed south with the drift ice, Abashiri must have been a bountiful paradise. 1,300 years later, the scent of ancient romance remains... "Moyoro Hotpot" is a special pot made to resemble Okhotsk earthenware, where you can enjoy nutritious Okhotsk seafood nurtured by the bounty of drift ice. Moyoro Nabe is a creative hot pot dish that uses plenty of seafood such as salmon and scallops that were eaten by the Moyoro people who built the Okhotsk culture, and is simply seasoned with a rich flavor based on the saltiness of the Okhotsk.
