  2. Each ticket is valid only during your stay.
  3. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Tickets that have passed the expiry date written on the front of each ticket, or tickets that do not have an expiration date written on them, cannot be used.
  5. Each ticket can only be used by the guest staying at the hotel. It cannot be transferred to another person.
  6. When checking out, please complete the survey.
  7. Please check the back of the ticket for notes on each ticket.
