The owner, who has experience as a hotel chef, prepares a variety of dishes, and the conversation flows easily with the friendly and cheerful proprietress. "Since we opened, we have been supported by local people and regular customers from all over the country. We have been able to continue for more than 20 years thanks to them, so we want to cherish that," the proprietress says with heartfelt gratitude.
Thanks to word-of-mouth from many regular customers, the three most popular menu items since the restaurant opened have remained unchanged: "Whole Fried Tomatoes," "Crab Salad with Crab Miso Sauce," and "Crab Miso Gratin." The crab salad and gratin, made with crab miso, are rich and allow you to fully enjoy the delicious flavor of crab. The whole fried tomatoes are also popular, with many customers ordering them because of their uniqueness.
