Located along Clione Street, this shop is a long-established business with a history of over 70 years. It was started by the grandfather, and is now run by the third generation. The shop has counter seats, table seats, and raised seating areas, and the collection of manga books in the back adds to its warm, homey, and relaxing atmosphere, making it a place deeply rooted in the community.
The most popular dish is the "Chicken Cutlet Spaghetti." Served sizzling hot on a hot plate, it's a highly satisfying dish. Also recommended is the "Tanegomi Soba," which features a generous amount of toppings including shrimp tempura, chicken, and egg. The soba noodles are homemade, and the broth is a particular focus. Three types of bonito flakes are blended to enhance the aroma, and kelp from Rausu is added to further enhance the flavor.
The current owner, having worked at a butcher shop after graduating from high school, is very particular about the quality of the meat they use. They source chicken and pork fresh, without freezing it, and use it all up on the same day. This shop, filled with history and the owner's dedication, is popular with customers from overseas as well.
