Arcadia
A popular restaurant known for its extensive menu featuring sea urchin, crab, and scallops.
This restaurant boasts a wide selection of Western-style dishes prepared by a chef with over 40 years of experience, including experience working in hotels in Tokyo, Sapporo, and other cities.
Among them, the undisputed number one favorite, loved for many years, is the "Pasta with Fresh Sea Urchin and Spiny Crab from Abashiri." This rich and creamy pasta uses spiny crab from Abashiri and rare fresh sea urchin, and is finished with a creamy sauce made with sea urchin and butter. The "Risotto with Hairy Crab, Rapeseed Flowers, and Mozzarella Cheese" is also popular, especially among women, and has been selected as a gourmet award winner in a travel magazine.
We use ingredients mainly sourced locally, including those from Hokkaido, and our vegetables are fresh, morning-harvested produce delivered directly from local farmers (only during the harvest season).
The owner's desire for customers to enjoy delicious food at a leisurely pace is reflected in the spacious seating arrangement. The large, carefully designed windows create a bright and open atmosphere, making it easy for even women to dine alone. As the restaurant is used for a variety of occasions, such as girls' nights out and family meals, the chef has prepared a wide variety of dishes so that customers will never get bored no matter how many times they visit.

Galettes, a regional dish from Burgundy, France, are popular with international customers. The crepe-like dough, made with buckwheat flour, is characterized by its thin, crispy texture, a recipe developed by our chef. It is topped with ingredients such as cheese, egg, and ham, and finished with a special balsamic sauce and mayonnaise.
