  • Tentozan /Yobito area

A Western-style confectionery shop where you can enjoy exquisite puddings and other carefully crafted, freshly made sweets.

This Western-style confectionery shop opened in 2008. Located at the foot of the lush, natural Tentozan, it boasts a superb location with Lake Abashiri stretching out in front, offering stunning sunset views.
Made with as few additives as possible, these wholesome sweets are always served fresh. Each sweet has a light texture and an addictive deliciousness that will make you want to eat more.
Their signature product is the "Abashiri Pudding," which is handmade every morning. Its smooth texture, made with local Abashiri milk, has made it very popular. They also offer a wide variety of other baked goods, such as baked donuts and made-up cakes, making them perfect souvenirs or gifts.
The owner, originally from Yokohama, moved to Hokkaido after gaining experience in the confectionery department of a major bakery chain, where he trained at a confectionery shop in Kitami. Cherishing the local culture and connections with people in the Okhotsk region, he opened his own shop here. The wooden building blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, and the 200-year-old cedar pillar next to the cash register is particularly striking.
There's also an eat-in area, so you can relax and enjoy a blissful moment with cake and a drink. Outdoor balcony seating is also available during the summer months.
