Nestled on a small hill, this is a special space enveloped in jazz, art, and the warmth of handcrafted items. The owner, who has experience in jazz orchestras, has meticulously crafted the interior, which is comfortable and popular with foreign tourists. A grand piano and other instruments are placed throughout the space, and the brick floor and wooden pillars are covered with autographs from famous musicians and others, telling the story of its history.
The restaurant's menu is popular for its seasonal ingredients, primarily vegetables and fruits grown on-site behind the restaurant. In June, you can enjoy limited-time menus using seasonal ingredients, such as "Strawberry Parfait," and in the summer, "Eggplant Curry" and homemade berry smoothies. The salad that comes with the most popular "Hamburger Set" also uses freshly picked vegetables of the season.
Furthermore, the tableware used in the shop is handmade by the owner's wife, who enjoys pottery as a hobby. She creates her pieces in a kiln behind the shop, and many of her works are embedded in the exterior walls.
