We carefully select our ingredients, using beef and pork from the Okhotsk region, and chicken from within Hokkaido. We value the passion of our producers and provide high-quality products. Our "Beef Skirt Steak," which is so popular it often sells out, is a must-try if you have the chance to try it. We are also committed to using fresh ingredients, such as incorporating seasonal vegetables from our own garden. Set menus, including our popular meats, can be ordered from one person. We use charcoal in a shichirin (small charcoal grill) for grilling, further enhancing the deliciousness.
Thanks to years of culinary experience, the restaurant offers not only yakiniku (grilled meat), but also fresh sashimi, motsunabe (offal hot pot), and sometimes even sushi for banquets, with a wide variety of à la carte dishes. There are also two types of dipping sauces: a sweet soy sauce-based sauce with plenty of vegetables, and a miso-based sauce that has been continuously added to since the restaurant's founding.
