"Proscu" is a professional school where you can learn the skills of a craftsman.
This is a new program that allows you to see and experience up close the professional techniques unique to Abashiri, such as "gripping," "cutting," "marinating," "opening," "peeling," and "shaping," out of a total of six different programs.
