Please read it before using.
Precautions before using
- We regularly check rental bicycles, but please be sure to check the brakes and handles for looseness before using them to ensure the safety of driving.
- Please do not drink alcohol or drive recklessly when using the service, please follow traffic rules and use the service safely. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by users during use.
- Please be sure to lock the bicycle when you leave it. If it is stolen or lost, you will be charged for it.
About usage time
- Rental bicycle business hours are from 9:00 to 17:00.
- Additional charges may apply if the return is delayed.
Loss/Theft/Accident
- In the event of loss, theft, or accident, please contact the secretariat immediately, take appropriate measures stipulated by law, and take responsibility for resolving the accident. In addition, we will charge the price of the bicycle.
- If the bicycle or equipment (keys, battery, usage card, etc.) is lost or severely damaged, the price of the bicycle and equipment (including necessary expenses such as fees) may be charged.
- If you lose the anti-theft key, you will be charged 1,000 yen as the key fee.
- If the chain comes off and you cannot drive, we will charge 1,000 yen as part of the repair fee.
- If transportation costs are incurred due to the exchange or collection of bicycles during use, 1,000 yen will be charged as part of the transportation costs.
- Regarding failures (punctures, etc.) during use, please promptly resolve them at the user's responsibility and burden.
- In addition, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please understand that we cannot support transportation in the event of a breakdown.
Main bicycle shop in the city
Please note that the mechanical parts of electric assisted bicycles cannot be repaired at ordinary bicycle shops.
