About 10 minutes by taxi from Abashiri Station,
4 km from Abashiri City by car on Route 683 toward Okhotsk Park.From Abashiri Station/Abashiri Bus Terminal, Abashiri Bus operates a route bus (Abashiri City Tourist Facility Tour/ Tentozan Line). During the winter drift ice sightseeing season, the service is extended to the Abashiri drift ice sightseeing icebreaker "Aurora" boarding point (Michi-no-Eki Ryuhyo Kaido Abashiri). About 10 minutes from Abashiri Station via Abashiri Prison.

There is a free observatory at the top of the mountain, and you can see Lake Abashiri, Lake Notoro, the Sea of Okhotsk, and the Shiretoko Mountain Range, including the Shiretoko Peninsula. The park is located near the summit of Mt. Tentozan, and is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot that represents Abashiri.
