Hana Tento flower Park
A garden overlooking the Shiretoko mountain range and Lake Abashiri
Did you know that there is a beautiful flower garden at the Abashiri Lake View Ski Resort near the summit Tentozan overlooking the city of Abashiri?
In 2002, Tentozan, which is used as a ski resort in winter, was filled with flowers in summer, and development began so that it could be used as a new tourist attraction and a place for citizens to relax.
Hana Tento flower Park is a flower garden that is cultivated together with citizens through an adopt program.
When in full bloom, about 35,000 flowers bloom in profusion over an area of 3.5 ha.
