"Abashiri Test" is a test that creates opportunities for people from the elderly to the young to deepen their knowledge of Abashiri's history, culture, tourism, etc.

| eligibility | There are no restrictions on educational background, age, gender, nationality, etc. However, the dan test is for those who have obtained the 1st grade of the kyu test. *Certificate of level 1 acquisition is required for the rank test. |
| Application guidelines | ① Fill out the necessary information on the application form and send it to the secretariat by mail, fax or email,or bring it to the secretariat in person. ② Apply by telephone. |
