1. SUSHI BAR ENDO

Food: Seasonal recommended 3-piece sushi / Drink: Draft beer

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy sushi using fresh fish from the Sea of Okhotsk, teppanyaki of Doto brand "Shiretoko Beef", creative dishes, and more. 
You may have heard of herring nigiri for the first time. It is a dish unique to Abashiri. It melts in your mouth and the umami spreads out. 
Super giant scallops are full of sweetness. Abashiri is famous for its scallops. FreshscallopsYou can also buy it at souvenir shops, so please check it out. 
The king of flounder, Matsukawa flounder, is almost never handled in general supermarkets. It has a strong flavor and a firm texture. It's sushi at its finest.

2. Sake-teiKihachi 

Food: Comparing Abashiri Pork / Drink: Yamawasabi Highball 
The mountain wasabi highball is the first taste I drank, but the wasabi is effective and it seems to be addictive.
Yongenton "Abashiri Pork" shoulder loin and rib meat skewers are completely salted with sun-dried salt and black pepper. Yongenton pork is a combination of four different types of pigs. The Abashiri Pork, which is made from four types of pork, is the best in terms of softness, umami of fat, and sweetness. As expected, there is only a signboard of Abashiri brand pork.

3.Steamboat Local Cuisine Restaurant

Food: Salmon Gratin / Drink: Draft beer

Gratin seems to be a proud product that uses plenty of salmon from Abashiri. Perfect for draft beer. As it was the third time, I felt tipsy. 

The chunky salty salmon and burnt cheese are mixed with white sauce, making this a dish that reminds you of autumn and Abashiri.

4. IzakayaKitadori

Food: Garlic steamed scallops and local seafood / Drink: Draft beer 
I had a dish of scallop spats and seafood steamed together with garlic. I chose draft beer as you suggested, and it goes well with it.
The tender texture of Abashiri cod and the elegant umami taste that lingers in the mouth is amazing, leaving a lasting impression even after you finish eating it. The sweetness of young scallops is also exceptional. The umami of the garlic brought out the flavor of the seafood, and the soup that mixed the ingredients was a taste that made me feel the ultimate in happiness.

5. Yakiniku Ajito

Food: Mince cutlet sandwich from a yakiniku restaurant / Drink: Red wine
The motto is "Rejuvenate Abashiri with yakiniku!"Ajito. We will welcome you with a rich menu centered on carefully selected wagyu beef.
I choose red wine because it's meat. If you take a bite of the freshly fried menchikatsu, the meat juices overflowing with umami will overflow from the fluffy texture. The meat is the highest grade as there is only a mince cutlet from a yakiniku restaurant. It was a different kind of luxury than usual.
